Description

Manufacturing material. All metal parts are made of high-carbon steel , the physical and chemical properties of which provide high resistance to mechanical loads, corrosion resistance and hardness. End heads and combination wrenches are produced by cold forging with subsequent heat treatment and satin finishing. Due to the satin finishing of the surface of the products, minor dirt or damage that occurs during operation are almost invisible. The declared hardness of 45-50 HRC allows you to protect the tools from "licking" the working surface. The tools are manufactured using advanced technologies with high precision in compliance with international standards at every stage of production.

Ratchet handles have an ergonomic shape, resist dynamic loads and absorb vibration, making work as comfortable as possible. In the grip area, the two-component handles have special rubber inserts that prevent slipping during work. The handles are resistant to oil and gasoline, and dirt can be easily removed with a rag immediately after they appear. The 24-tooth ratchet mechanism with a small pitch ensures smooth operation and allows you to work with ratchets in the most hard-to-reach places. The attachments sit firmly on the ratchet landing squares, providing maximum contact with bolts and nuts.

The cases and holder are made of impact-resistant plastic. All sets of socket heads and bits are in special plastic cases with a plastic latch. The parts inside the case are securely fixed in the cells, and the presence of a foam membrane protects the products from chips and abrasions after transportation. The plastic latch securely fixes the case in the closed position.
