If for any reason you wish to return the product, you can exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNABLE GOODS
- The rules for returning goods purchased in the Polax.ua online store are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
- We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they were delivered to our warehouse after the 14-day period, or if the condition of the goods is different from the one in which you received them.
- To return, you must provide the product in its original condition: without damage or signs of use, with original labels, tags, and original packaging. If the product was purchased as a set, it must be returned in its entirety. You must provide a receipt to confirm that the product was purchased in our store.
GOODS EXCHANGE
- If you are planning to make an exchange, please contact us at 050-288-80-08 and provide the manager with the information and reason for the exchange. The manager will also provide instructions regarding the exchange.
- Polax store does not cover shipping costs.
REFUND
- After receiving the return and confirming that the requirements for the returned product have been met, we will refund your money.
- Refunds are made using the same method you used to pay for the order.
- Please note that when paying by bank card, the refund period depends on the policy of the bank that issued the card.
