This Privacy Policy explains how “POLAX” collects, uses and distributes information about the User obtained through the Online Store owned and operated by us (e.g., phone number, email and other communication channels), including through the website https://polax.ua/

1. Subject of the privacy policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information that the Contractor receives from Users through the Site. Personal data must be provided only to access certain features and services of the Site, such as online payment through the Site.
If the User does not use such functions or services on the Site, only information that does not allow the identification of the user and is anonymized data is collected: for example, a list of viewed web pages.
To access some other functions of the Site, the User must provide information that allows him to be identified (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data"): name and surname, email address, telephone number, etc.
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data that he provides to the Contractor. In case of providing inaccurate data, the User will not be able to use all the functions of the Site and receive useful information, and the Contractor will not be able to contact the User. For example, it is always necessary to ensure that the User provides a current e-mail address, since this is one of the main ways of contacting the User.
By providing Personal Data, the User agrees that the Contractor may collect, use and disclose it in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the Public Offer, as well as the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
If the User does not agree to these terms, the User has the right not to provide the Contractor with his/her Personal Data. In this case, some services of the Site will become unavailable to the User.
2. Consent to the processing of Personal Data
In accordance with the terms of this consent to the processing of personal data, the User of the services, by filling out and sending the electronic form on the website https://polax.ua/, confirms that he is familiar with and agrees with the terms of the Public Offer and, in accordance with Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI, voluntarily provides information to the POLAX company and its authorized representatives and officials about his consent to the processing without any restrictions of the User's personal data specified in electronic form and voluntarily provided by the User for the purpose of processing in the personal data database “Clients.
Consent to the processing of personal data is provided by the User in order to ensure the implementation of civil legal relations, as well as relations in the field of advertising and marketing in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising", the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", as well as other regulatory legal acts.
The User grants the Contractor and/or any third parties the right to provide him with any information of a commercial and/or informational nature about the activities of the Contractor and/or any third parties by e-mail, telephone and/or SMS, as well as any other means of communication.
The User also confirms his consent to the transfer by the Contractor of his personal data included in the personal database "Clients" to the personal data managers and any third parties solely for the above-mentioned purpose. The User does not require notification of the transfer (distribution) of his personal data included in the said personal database to the managers and third parties.
Consent to the processing of personal data is granted to the Contractor for an indefinite period.
By filling out and sending the electronic form to the Contractor, the User confirms that he has been notified (a) of the inclusion of his personal data in the personal data base "Clients" belonging to the Contractor, the purpose of collecting and processing personal data (in accordance with the purpose specified in this document), as well as of his rights provided for in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", according to which the subject of personal data has the right:
- to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or administrator of personal data or to give the appropriate instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by them, except in cases established by law;
- receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;
- access to your personal data;
- receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether his personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
- to submit a reasoned request to the owner of personal data objecting to the processing of their personal data;
- to submit a reasoned request for the modification or destruction of their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;
- to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of such data, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or defamatory of the dignity, worth and business reputation of an individual;
- to file complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner or the court;
- apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;
- to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when providing consent;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
- to protect against automated decision-making that has legal consequences for him.
